Monica, re my Belly Fat article, guess what, It's working. I've eliminated cravings--since I started doing this about a week ago I already have looser clothes, not a whole lot but enough to know the difference. i.e. I can zip up the jeans without lying down.
Also, my 11 year old granddaughter asked me last week if I was losing weight. She said I looked thinner.
